Who are we?

Evan Fuchs is the Broker/Owner of Bullhead Laughlin Realty in Bullhead City, AZ, and author of Bullhead City Blog.
Todd Tarson is a REALTOR with RE/Max Preferred Professionals in Kingman, AZ, and author of MoCo Real Estate News.
We met a few years ago while serving on the Board of Directors for the Western Arizona REALTOR Data Exchange, which is a regional MLS for the cities of Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu, and Parker.
Our paths cross often in REALTOR leadership stuff and blogging. We agree on a lot of things, but also disagree enough to make it interesting. We both like a healthy debate. Walking away bruised is okay, so long as we can still walk.
So we figured why not put together a podcast where we can share our views, dish out some straight talk about our markets, compare notes,and make fun of each other. This is the result.
